Orders over £36.00 qualify for free delivery within UK mainland.

We currently do not deliver outside of UK mainland.

A 10% discount is applied to all orders with a product value over £50.00.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Delivery takes a further 2 to 3 days.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

All orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next business day.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Pohco Ltd cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pasamelo.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
